個人情報の取り扱いについて

はじめに

株式会社グッドスマイルカンパニー（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、適切に利用し、保護することが社会的責任であると考え、個人情報の保護に努めることをお約束いたします。

第1条（定義）

当社による個人データの取扱いが利用者等の同意に基づく場合、同意について、利用者等はいつでもこれを撤回することができます。但し、撤回前の同意に基づく個人データの取扱いの適法性が、同意の撤回により影響を受けることはありません。

当社のウェブサイトでは、当社のウェブサイトの改良等を目的として本ウェブサイトの利用頻度等を測定するためGoogle 社のサービスであるGoogle Analyticsを利用して、利用者等が閲覧したウェブページのURL、IP アドレス等の情報をGoogle 社に送信しています。 Google Analyticsの収集する情報およびその取扱いについては、同社のプライバシーポリシーおよび「GOOGLE のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報のGOOGLE による使用」のページ（www.google.com/intl/ja/policies/privacy/partners/）をご参照ください。

第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当社は、利用者等ご本人の事前同意がある場合又は法令で認められている場合を除き、当社が取得した利用者等の個人データは、第三者（委託先を除きます。）に開示・提供することはありません。

当社は、個人データについて、漏洩、滅失、毀損等を防止等、その管理のために必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。また、個人データを取り扱う従業者や委託先（再委託先等を含みます。）に対して、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

第9条（セキュリティーについて）

当社サービスのお買い物カゴは、GMOグローバルサイン株式会社のデジタルIDにより証明されています。お買い物カゴでのデータ入力、送信は、SSL暗号通信により、お客様のウェブブラウザーとサーバ間の通信がすべて暗号化されるので、ご記入された内容は安全に送信されます。

Our “Shopping Cart” for the Service is certified by a digital ID issued by GMO Global Sign K.K.
